Try going straight to the midwife part of the hospital and get put on their waiting list they refer you after 12 weeks anyway but my one you didnt need a dr note just needed to call them yourself

They normally have a 9-5 part where they see the patients leading up to the birth

Was your first pregnancy high risk? Or a C section? If not and you really can't get to anyone I'd just treat the first 5 months as a wild pregnancy. Monitor your symptoms, keep a journal of everything, check your weight, fundal height of your belly etc. I mean blood tests will be hard but you can definitely do the other checks yourself. Are there any retired/lay midwives or doulas in your area that could help? Also you could invest in a Doppler or pinard to hear baby if that's something that would ease any anxiety x

Have you informed your the receptionist that you are pregnant and need to get needed care for the early stage of pregnancy? Because after a certain time you will have Midwife appointments at the hospital..so you don’t need your GP until your LO is 1 week old….

Satellite Hospital? Or Local Health Hub might have some appointments for cases like this. I know some drs leave spaces for situations like this so maybe letting reception know that it's for pregnancy so they make an effort to fit you in.
