How did you know your baby had finally turned?

Helloooo. So at my halfway scan, my little girl was still transverse and at 27 weeks we did an ultrasound that proved that she still was. I am now 31 weeks and am wondering if there is a way for me to tell if she has turned before my next appointment, like where I feel movement or how often, etc. how did you know?

After my son turned I felt less kicks in my crotch and cervix and a lot more kicks in my ribs and stomach above my belly button

He turned around 30 weeks by the way but I've got a friend whose baby didn't turn until 36 weeks

yes okay I was thinking my girl turned because I felt kicks up by ribs and movement down by my pelvis almost at the same time and the last two days idk my lower stomach has just felt heavier so I wondered maybe her head is down there now

she probably has turned because that sounds like how I felt

ugh see I wish it was that simple for me to tell. Her resting position while transverse has always been with her leg stretched above her head so it made it so difficult to tell. Did you feel more weight towards your pelvis when she turned?

right?? Haha. Okay okay I think she might’ve then. Fingers crossed

My baby turned at 38 weeks. I couldn't tell the difference much as he had his feet up over his head, kicking me in the ribs before he turned. But I felt his hands punching me in the bladder and I could see his elbows digging in further down if that makes sense

Have a look on spinning babies and the baby mapping! You map out where you feel the different movements and it will help you understand the position they’re in.
For example my baby has been head down for a while and I can feel his bum bulging in my ribs, kicks on the other side and little tickles down by my hips where his hands are!

I literally felt her turn, excruciating pain at 35 weeks.. she was breech for the longest time, i believe she turned and flipped a lot, she was on the smaller side 4ish pounds at 37 weeks birth though.

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Reduced Movements

Has anyone else gone in for monitoring for reduced movements and as soon as you arrive at triage the baby starts moving and the CTG is normal? It makes me feel like I am over reacting.

2nd pregnancy after c section

I’m not planning on getting pregnant anytime soon but in the future possibly. I just wanted to know how is pregnancy after c section like my fear is having to go through another emergency operation or even putting strain on my incision during pregnancy

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
