Infacol or dentinox

I’m currently using infacol and it used to work great, baby still releases wind during and after feeds but then 30mins/1hr later is crying in pain with wind and finding it harder to get that out… someone has recommended dentinox over infacol so just wanting to see if anyone has used both and what you think worked better? X
