Growing beans nursery norbury

I once saw them at Norbury station, 5 toddlers 2 teachers no large stroller or toddler reins to keep them together and it really scared me, I know that’s the minimum amount of teachers needed for that amount of kids but they looked like they were struggling, which is especially scary on a platform. The nursery we chose always has extra teachers, and a group stroller to give them extra hands
