I had a very good friend for about 11 years. About 3 years ago she met another lady and they became friends, after that everything changed between me and my friend. We used to talk every day and meet at least once a week. Now we meet once in 2 months and talk for a few minutes once in 2 weeks. She got married 3 years ago, I went with her to choose her wedding dress, I used to call her every other day at that time and she didn't even bother to pick up the phone call, sometimes she called back, sometimes she didn't call back at all. Then I felt pushed away so I stopped calling her or making any effort to meet her like I used to. Sometimes I'd offer to meet up but it was like I'd offered and then she'd try to find excuses so we wouldn't meet up or we'd meet but the next time I'd wait for ages for her to offer me any meet up. I got married last year and she didn't even bother to ask me about my wedding dress... it may seem like I'm jealous but YES, I am! I miss her, but I don't think she misses me since she has this new friend. I know she meets her a couple of times a week and talks to her daily as she always mentions her when we have conversation over the phone ect. I really feel like I want to tell her something but I don't want to show her that I'm jealous and I don't want them both talking about my jealousy. Is it best to leave this relationship?

Honestly I'd just have an open and honest conversation with her about how much you miss her. You don't need to necessarily reveal jealousy or bring up the newer friend but just explain you're hurt that you've drifted apart and don't feel as close and miss the friendship you had and go from there ❤️ hopefully you all can find a nice balance that works for all or maybe the new friend is someone you may potentially also find to be a good friend and you could become an awesome trio instead
