Bed times

My little girl goes to bed between 9pm and 10pm and I’ve had some horrible comments about this being to late for her but I’ve tried and tried so many different things to bring this earlier but she just won’t sleep the night, she’ll treat it as a nap and then sleep really late. She sleeps through the night, 9pm till 7.30am

Any help please

Leave it as it is your baby will tell you when they are ready for earlier bed time, do you need to bring it forward? Going back to work? Need to be up earlier? If not don't panic. My son gose to bed most nights around the same and on odd nights later depending on his last nap. My hv said if I don't need to have a routine let baby decide.

Also ignore comments that put you down as a mum you know your child best.and if it is working why change perfection 👌 xx

My little boy goes to sleep around the same time and doesn’t get up properly until around 8/9am and honestly, it works so well for us! We are not morning people so we would not survive if he was up earlier 😅 your baby will know when they want to sleep etc so don’t listen to others! Do what’s best for you and your baby d

Our boy goes to sleep at 9, he always has done. When we're not in a regression like we are now he'll wake up at 7/8. It's what our boy likes doing xx

My eldest always had a 9pm bedtime whatever I did and my youngest has always been asleep around 7pm. I've done nothing different second time around so I think it's just their in built bodyclocks.

My baby always goes to bed around 10pm! If she’s cranky she’ll have a nap around 5pm-7pm, but she’ll wake up and have a ton of energy until around 9-10pm. She then sleeps in until 8am-10am. I love this schedule 😊

Ignore the comments my 10 month old is the same and has been even since he was younger! I use the napper app which when I putting his day naps also suggests 9pm bedtime (however he’s usually not asleep till 10 because he fights going down to sleep 🫣) x

When did you circumcise your baby?
If you DID NOT or DO NOT have a circumcised son DO NOT comment this post is not for you!

Did you wait a certain amount of time or have it done immediately?
Again respectfully, this is only for the parents who choose to do so.
opinions about how not necessary it is will not be appropriate for this post. Thank you in advance. 🩵

Can someone pls help i keep making this post and nobody is responding

My boyfriend booked a trip for us to go to mexico for a week as my push present. I have severe anxiety leaving my 7 month old with my mom. I know she will be in good hands but she’s exclusively breast fed for the most part but accepts bottles just fine. i have all my pumping parts packed and will pump when baby normally eats but i don’t want baby to forget me or have latch issues when i return!! any mommas ever experience this?

Postpartum

I’m only 3 days postpartum (FTM) and already have extremely bad anxiety. I’m crying every night, as I think of another night of no sleep. My baby will not settle in his cot, he cries every moment we put him down unless in his chair rocker. So me and my partner are having to alternate after 3/4 hours of being awake with him downstairs. I’m trying everything to get him to settle. It’s a load of overwhelming stress. I’m 23, I was desperate for a baby and now I have one and feel completely useless. I miss it just being me and my partner.

When does it get better?

I was crying on the phone with the perinatal mental health team today and the lovely lady, bless her, kept assuring me that it gets better. I kept telling her I hope so because people have been saying that since having my LO and it just feels like it keeps getting worse. She assured me it gets better....

Crawling

Did anyone’s little one start crawling yet? I feel like we are falling behind but really have no idea. I’m trying to introduce more floor time but it’s been rough because of having hardwood floors and our 80 lb oblivious to life dog. I got us a carpet for the living room and trying to put the dog out more when the weather allows. She sits like a pro and will roll to get the things she needs😅 but no real signs of crawling yet.

I bloody hate reflux!

How much milk would you say this is?( after a 6oz bottle) My 3 month old is bunged up, full of yet another cold and it's made her reflux worse.

She's already on gaviscon but that's the most shes ever spat up in one go. She's also been teething for the last few weeks too 🙄
