How much do your April babies drink in 24 hours?

My LG seems to have quite a small appetite and is on a low percentile. Just curious what everyone else’s babies are drinking at about 9 weeks?

She was drinking 4oz at 3 weeks our little one loves her food

that’s brilliant! How much does she weigh now?

It’s supposedly 150ml per kg weight, so for example a 5kg baby should be drinking 750ml per day.
However, every baby is different, my little girl is 10 weeks and only drinks 4oz at a time, she literally refuses to drink any more than that at a time, the paediatrician told us yesterday that she isn’t having enough and she’s on a low percentile. She doesn’t look underweight and she is developing well so maybe we just have little ones with small appetites 🤷🏼‍♀️

My 8 week old drinks 6oz and will usually have around 35oz a day. Some days closer to 40 some days only 30. he’s on the the 91st centile. He weighed 12 lb 13 last week but is getting weighed tomorrow when he has his injections 😭 be interesting to see if he’s put any on in a week x

Would you rather?

A) child sleeps all night long, no wake ups/nothing, but is a huge menace all day

B) child has multiple wakes up during the night/menace at night, but is a saint during the day

my husband asked me this today and I was stumped..

Should I be concerned or am I overthinking?

My little boy is 15 months old, he’s recently taken his first steps and he says mamma and dadda and baba (he has said these for months) we’ve filled out the paperwork for his 12-14 month review and it looks like he isn’t meeting many of his milestones.

He doesn’t copy actions, point, clap etc. He doesn’t react when being spoken to, or to his name. He actively avoids eye contact.

He was so unresponsive to sound that we just had his hearing tested concerned he was deaf. They found that he could hear so he is just choosing not to react to any noises or sounds.

Has anyone else had similar experiences with their little ones? Should I be raising this with the health visitor and ask to be assessed for neurodivergent issue or a social communication problem like autism?

I don’t want to just slap a label on him, but I do feel that there are real concerns. All opinions welcome!!

Routines?

When did you start to introduce your baby’s routine? Do they just have a night routine or full day routine? Wondering when I should start this e.g naps at the same time everyday.

Any routines you have that work for you, please let me know them with timestamps. my baby is 6 weeks and just wondering when we should start them?

Lump on Breast

I just went into the doctor today for a lump on my breast. I am curious to know if anyone has had a similar experience and what the outcome was.

So I have had this lump on my breast for at least three months now. I exclusively breast feed and I had noticed a lump and originally thought it was a clog until it didn’t go away. The doctor is having me go in for an ultra sound to get it checked out. Has anyone else had this and it turned out to be benign? Kind of freaking out but also knowing this can happen to pregnant/breastfeeding mamas.
