I have a court order to return my 13 month old to his father in two weeks.
I won’t be able to give baby access to breast milk since he will be across the country.
I have tried before so many times to wean my baby. My child does have three meals a day. However since we co-sleep, my baby has had milk available anytime during the night.
In the last two months since I left baby’s father I have stayed up late gathering all documents for court, researching family law and much more. So, I have not had any energy left to try weaning again.
On top of this I am also three months pregnant so I even have fallen asleep at my laptop while working.
What can I do for my baby?
I have at least two weeks. The most important thing for me is that he learn to sleep through the night. His father has epilepsy and my son waking through the night could cause his father a seizure. This extremely worries me.
Thank you.

Can you start mixing in formula to his milk more and more throughout the day so he’s used to formula when he’s away? I’m so sorry you’re going through this!!
