No, just full pay.. week 9 onwards is half pay plus SMP

Or you can ask for it all spread out over however long you want off which is what I’ve done

Weeks 1-8 already ‘include’ smp.

It’s 8 weeks full pay (OMP), 18 weeks half pay (plus SMP), 13 weeks just SMP, 13 weeks £0.

SMP doesn’t start until week 9, as some of the other ladies said. My first 2 months of pay were really low due to this but I had opted to spread it over 12 months.
