Change of jobs

I work in local government, They’re great for flexible working. Most LG jobs offer part office part wfh, most offer flexible hours and flex time(doing extra hours to take time off), most give you care of dependants leave and most give you the option of term time working or just changing your shift pattern when needed for childcare purposes. They also offer yearly pay rises (when government approved) and paid sick leave. Most of the jobs available are to help people too- even though they don’t have a great reputation publicly I highly recommend it.

Ofcourse, indeed.co.uk is really good search council jobs in your area, also check your local council websites for jobs- a lot do apprenticeships too if you don’t feel you have enough experience for others. Applying is the annoying bit as there is a technique to it but if you message me i’ll explain how.
