My little one has always woke 1 to 2 hours a night, I've always put him on the boob back to sleep as he would just cry and would not be rocked back to sleep.
It got as bad in recent nights as I would be lucky if he slept an hour before I waking and insisted on going back on the boob.
We decided we had to do something as I've been struggling with my mental health and because my little one is 5 months and won't take a bottle I have been doing these night feeds solo with no help. So we've started the ferber method however now I'm constantly beating myself up about how hungry he might be and how much I do need to feed him.
I'd just appreciate to know if anyone else has done this and what their feeding schedule turned into with your little one or just people's night feed routine in general please.

Hi I haven’t done this but just wanted to double check, after doing Ferber is he now sleeping through the night?
The only thing I can think of is it may affect your supply as you are no longer removing milk overnight. But some of his overnight feeds might have been just suckling for comfort so it won’t impact your supply as much?
I feel like an EBF baby who was fed on demand would let you know if they are hungry?
