What are your toddlers regular snacks?
Between her meals mine usually has,
Boiled egg
Half a banana
Kiwi
Apple (berries with all meals)
Rice cake
Cheerios
Sometimes I bake banana bread or banana pancakes.
Does this sound like a regular amount of snacks?
She’s been having sooo much breast milk I’m starting to think she needs more food. I always give her more food at mealtimes if she cleans her plate, and usually she will ask for more if she does want it but just checking how much everyone else’s LO’s eat

How do you offer cheerios please?

I usually give banana, grapes, custard, yogurt, cheese ball .

We tend to do fruit in the morning so tangerines, Kiwi, melon, grapes or something like that. We found that anything bigger made him less likely to eat lunch. Then in afternoon he tends to prefer a bigger snack as lunch is early and dinner is late. So for that we do banana bread, muffin, cheese and crackers, usually with a babybel or a yoghurt. We offer berries with breakfast and a banana with dinner as he's obsessed with them

Fruit, cheese and olives, tomatoes, organix bars, yogurt, homemade ice pops, energy balls that I make, breadsticks and houmous/cream cheese, dried apricots, sometimes I will give her crisps like veggie sticks or skips

I make flapjacks and oat biscuits and muffins and things and keep them in the freezer. Generally serve with some kind of fruit or salad.
He also loves the flapjack bars and various other baby snacks we keep a stack of for when out and about.
Apple with peanut butter to dip is another favourite. And Greek Yoghurt with fruit. And homemade ice lollies (made watermelon strawberry and coconut water ones recently, big hit)

I bake oat meal biscuits with peanut butter and banana, I make banana cake and apple & banana pie. I use banana a lot as it's sweet, and I dont add any sugar in his cakes. I also give him toast with butter and honey, yogurt, fruits, veggies (he likes cucumber and pepper) with hummus or cheese cream, biscuits and as a mini snack (between snack and main meal lol), the holly Pufsh (puffs, any puffs). For ice cream..ish I blend frozen fruits (i tend to freeze anything that is kind of leftover, like soft fruits that won't last another day, bananas halfs, etc) and milk, and its delicious!

I tend to just throw in whatever we have - always use oats but then could add honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, dates, chopped nuts, chia seeds.....there's loads of recipes online!
