Is it normal to be leaking breast milk this early in pregnancy? This is my 3rd pregnancy but I’ve never leaked breast milk in any pregnancy prior to this and now i’m freaking out a bit. I’m high risk and have a history of going into preterm labor so this just makes me worried that my body might want to go into labor soon which I really hope is not the case.

I've been leaking colostrum since I was 18 weeks. Once you get to 37 weeks you can start storing in syringes and freezing it. It's your baby's first food and it's full of calories and antibodies. My nurse said it's basically their very first vaccine.

That’s normal, it’s just colostrum, each pregnancy is different 🤷🏻♀️

I'm leaking as well no worries! I heard that if you're leaking you can collect that if you want but don't pump until after 37 weeks

Yep normal, your body just remembers what to do! No matter how tempting just DO NOT express until 37 weeks as it can trigger contractions:)
