Okay I need insight from other full time single mamas with more than one kid (especially if they’re 2 under 2). How are you guys managing? I feel like I’m falling farther and farther behind where I should be. I have a one month old and an 18 month old. I keep thinking we will get more into a routine and things will get smoother but they’re just getting harder it seems half the time. Like I’m falling behind on housework. I can’t keep up with even daily dishes. I want to start working out again but idk how to even fathom getting into doing that when I can’t even get a shower in most days. Laundry is piling up. The messes are piling up. And I’m so tired and mentally drained by the end of the day that even when I get them both to sleep and I have some time, all I can get myself to do is sit on the couch and try to get through one episode of Grey’s Anatomy and a white claw without falling asleep. 😅 maybe it’s just me. Like am I just lazy? I feel like I’m constantly either chasing around my super crazy toddler that gets into everything she shouldn’t all the time, or I’m nursing or trying to get my newborn to stop screaming. Send help. 😅

Omg your not Lazy !! This is the hardest job ever!! I’m a single mom with a 2 year old and I’m bouta have a new born and I can only imagine how it’s going to be . All I can say is keep doing your best and as the babies get older you will figure out what works best and be able to have more time for yourself . I live in Cali and I know some gyms have a daycare for babies 1 month and older so maybe they have something like that where you live . I know working out gives me way more energy and hopefully you can find a gym with babysitting so you can at least get 30 min to a hour in a day to give you more energy
