Feel free to share tips. Memes. Stories, anything you need to get out your system either. I hate myself that my sobbing woke the baby. I feel guilty and alone and obvs v sad. I feel happy when he's awake and it's all just so much and so intense and I wish I could enjoy it more fully. I feel so guilty and actually ashamed about that. Luckily it didn't affect our bond and I would never do anything to hurt anyone in case anyone is wondering, just to dispel that stigma. Thought I'd be brave and go non incognito seeing as commenters cannot. ❤️❤️❤️
Also would it be mad/rude to take a selfie with my baby while staying at MIL for a week? I know it seems self centred but I need pics with him to mark his "first times" as well and I won't get any otherwise!

Absolutely take selfies with your baby! My baby loves looking at himself on the screen so chances are baby will think selfies are great! 😁

It's not rude to take photos with your baby! And if your MIL is good at photos as her to taken some of you both too so you have a different angle!
I'm don't have PPD but I have been diagnosed with PTSD from birth trauma and have been referred for support. In Kent the provider is called Thrive. Definitely Google help in your area and self refer or speak to your GP if you haven't already. You don't need to go it alone 💕
