What electric breast pump do you use?

Spectra S1, it's genuinely hospital grade. Not entirely hands free but if it's suction you're after it's great.

I bought on that I found on IG a few years ago with my second. It was great but I am looking to get a new one. I have been looking at the Momcozy one 🤷🏼‍♀️ can't say how good the suction is though sorry 🙊

I use the medela double swing...good suction with lots of settings. I recently bought a handsfree one, pipetta compact. Good for when you have things to do as it just fits into your bra. I believe the non hands free ones are more effective

I have the Spectra 2 and love it, it’s chunky and you def can’t use it on the move but for me it gets out the milk I need quickly as it’s hospital grade suction. I also found it good value compared to some other pumps - some are soo expensive!

If you get the zip up bra it's also hands free. I've pumped so much with it
