My 15 weeks old baby 3.5 months is taking 3 hour nap. It’s been like this for couple of weeks already. He is not a good night sleeper. Help! This is normal? How I can make him sleep longer at night?

I have read that at this stage they shouldn’t have a nap longer than 2 hours. What has helped my baby (3 months) is if he has great calorie intake during the day he sleeps better. My baby is sleeping 4-6 hour straight with just 1-2 wakes at night. I consider this pretty good.
I also started a bedtime routine at 2 months and now I feel he knows bedtime is coming because as soon as I sit down to feed him his bedtime bottle he knocks out immediately.

My LO is also 3.5 months and I try and cap daytime naps at 5 hrs max during the day! Also for us for the last week or 2 LO is taking longer naps (1-2.5hrs so we moved to a 3 nap schedule! Overnight we get around 7pm-3am, feed, and then right back to sleep till around 6 or 7am. This schedule has worked well for us since we practiced independent and FIO sleep training at 3 months.

My 12 weeker sleeps anywhere from 3-5 hrs and goes to bed late but still sleeps through to the morning. When she is awake, I try to keep her up for at least 1-2 hrs by playing and talking and just keeping her busy before I let her go back to sleep and after 5p we do a little night routine and she stays up until about 10pm

Wake him up at 1.5 hrs
