Hey mamas 🫶🏽 my baby is 3 months old and I’m experiencing hair loss 😫
Does anyone have any tips of how to lessen the hair loss. Any vitamins? Hair oils? Shampoos? What do you moms recommend?

Going through this😩

nobody warned me about this 😫 just started 2 weeks ago and now I’m scared to brush my hair 😭 even more scared to use conditioner

It's honestly just a phase we all go through and will have to just GET THROUGH.. I tried several oils and vitamins.. nothing worked like it said too. Our hormones aren't normal and won't be for awhile so I'd say just do some scalp massages, wear a bonnet, use a light growth oil or spray and wait it out. Avoid brushing when dry too

Eat lots of protein, stay hydrated, and take your b vitamins. See if you can get a b12 shot from the Dr's if levels are low. Also, avoid tying hair up in tighter styles.

I’m a hairdresser and have seen this a lot. We collect 9 months worth of hair during pregnancy as we don’t shed any during due to hormones then after birth we basically loose the hair we should have naturally shed which makes it feel like a huge loss. It’s very normal but equally very upsetting to see. My advice is get some Plantir 39 shampoo for FINE hair and also the tonic and conditioner. It’s a fab shampoo for hair loss and helps your hair regenerate again. When washing and brushing be very gentle and take it easy on the heat products. Your hair will thicken again I promise 🥰 x

yes! This is the one I was recommended and seen a lot of good reviews about this

thank you 🫶🏽

I’m 4 months pp and my brush is FULL of hair every time I use it. 😭
My hair also tangles really easily now. It’s literally almost matted every morning when I wake up. I’ve tried braids and buns but doesn’t help.

The baby blues postpartum hair vitamins are amazing
