My little girl is only 4 days old and I've been producing so much milk, I've sorted it in the fridge as advised by my midwife but I'm.unsure as to what to do when giving it to my baby.
I can give it from the bottle but how long can I leave it out the fridge for and should I be warming it up?
Any advice helps, I'm completely new to this!

Congratulations on your new baby! How you want to feed is entirely up to you (and will greatly depend on what your life will look like- do you want your partner feeding baby? Are they going to daycare? Etc) if you’re trying to exclusively breastfeed I highly recommend not feeding a bottle until you really need to because it’s really important for your milk supply to put baby to the breast as much as possible in the first several weeks. If you want to feed bottled milk here are some basic guidelines:
Fresh milk is good at room temperature for up to 4 hours or in the fridge for 4 days. After it’s frozen it’s good for around 6 months (or longer). Once you thaw it, it’s good for 2 hours or in the fridge for 1 day.
You can feed baby milk warmed, room temp, or cold- but you might find they prefer it warmed.
I hope you’re recovering well and getting lots of support during this time! Congrats!
