Do your babies eat restaurant food already or do you guys still bring food out for them? Do you let them eat food with salt? I’m so conflicted.

My kiddo eats everything 😆

My munchkin eats pretty much anything but super spicy foods!

My boy is gluten and dairy free but eats anything and everything else, salt included 👍🏼
with salt do you control the portion?

I don’t patrol salt that much. I put lots of seasonings on her food. But I do have a no sugar rule until she’s 2. But I’m usually able to order her grilled chicken and a veggie side when we go out to eat

I don’t add extra salt to his food at a restaurant but when we cook at home I add a little salt. As Melanie said, grilled chicken and veg is usually a safe bet at most restaurants
do you specifically order less salty foods?

I let him eat whatever he wants he's healthy as can be.

I let her eat restaurant food. She wouldn’t let me eat otherwise.

He eats what we eat, typically a section of our food, since kids meals are made for older kids at the majority of restaurants. And most restaurants don't have melamine plates , also

It depends on the restaurant. If they have something I think she'll eat then she eats restaurant food. If they don't have anything I don't waste money on food she won't eat and I just bring stuff from home.
