@Gemma thanks a bunch for this..very informative and helpful š

@Rachel thank you yep me too I'm an NHS nurse so always prefer nhs advice š

Does anyone know if nearly 7month
Old babies can have the peppa pig yogurts?

I went to an NHS weaning thing and little yoghurt pots are full of sugar so best to do Greek yoghurt with a bit of fruit in

@Beth can have if it's fromaige but it has a lot of sugar in it so best avoided and Greek or natural yoghurt with fruits perhaps is better. .

They have a lot of additives and sugar, best thing is Greek yogurt and mix in some of the baby fruit purƩes

@Charlie good idea can we give Greek yoghurt on its own too? Or does it taste too bland

my toddler has had plain greek yoghurt since she was a baby and loves it. We do put fruits with it sometimes though

@Rachel thank you might try this

absolutely, the fruit just takes the tartness away but my little one would have on its own

@Charlie thank you š
