Maternity question
Hi ladies I am very confused about Google answers lol
So am going back work on 7th January after been on maternity for 10months
I am having baby number 2 around the middle of July
Will I be eligible for maternity pay?

If you earn the required amount in your qualifying period (week 16-24) then yes you will be eligible.
Ask your hr

I believe so, yes. The time you've been off for maternity still counts as being employed for the company but also depends on what's in your employee handbook x
