Does this look normal? It looks like it’s got mucus in it and she’s been having poop like this for over a month. Is this a sign of allergy/intolerance? I’m diary, soy and gluten free now. Help please.

How long have you cut those foods out of your diet?
diary almost a month but I actually ate it a before thanksgiving. Soy and gluten it’s been since after thanksgiving.
I’m also eating a cheese that is gluten and dairy free but has lactic acid, can that be from soy?🤔I know sometimes it can be hidden and not labeled

Not sure on the lactic acid but it does take 6 weeks for the allergens to be out of both of your guts so monitor for 6 full weeks being very strict and then assess
she was getting better last week and now she’s doing bad again…I can’t understand what’s bothering her

No that's normal and actually perfectly fine. In the 6 weeks then gut purges and heals itself so it gets worse before better give it a few more weeks it'll all be sorted
oh that’s a relief!!!

Thats not a good poo, lots of mucus
it’s like that every time for a month now. I can’t seem able to fix it…😞😞😞
The pediatrician it’s not helping me either…
