Is anyone else doing Valentines day gifts for their spouse, bf , or boo?

So Valentine’s Day is on a Friday and my husband’s birthday is the 16th which is Sunday. I’m also collecting ideas because that’s an entire weekend of stuff and I don’t want him to do anything because it’s his bday weekend😭😂
(my son was also born November 14th but fortunately I’m pregnant so we can’t go that crazy again 🤣)
I love planning things so my idea is to do a beach picnic and do a lil getaway at a hotel for the weekend. We have a 13 month old so I plan on getting a sitter for the day and brining him with us at night which is a bit of a party pooper, but oh well 😂
He’s big on beef jerky so I’m making him a flower bouquet out of some. (Found it on the internet lol) and I’m gonna see if I can cook his favorite meals. I also bought vibrating panties for myself so we can use it when we go out to eat 🙈 and I’m also going to get him a little basket of his favorite things and chocolates.

My husband has been talking about wanting to go out and use the truck bed to stargaze again so I think we will do that. Last time I made hot cocoa from scratch that we loved. Kept us warm.

My husband and I don’t celebrate. I don’t really care for the holiday but also his birthday is the day after Valentine’s Day so we just celebrate him which is what I love doing anyways.

Yes!!!! Idk wat im getting him yet but we both go big for each other too.

We’re not into big gifts. A few small things make us happy. I’ve been buying myself lingerie for him and then he usually gets me chocolates. Quality time and physical touch are our love languages so it’s perfect for us.

I'll buy something for the kids but probably not my husband 😅🫣

No he gets me one rose and he takes me out for a date - I got a bunch of gifts for Xmas I don’t want more for Vday- all I want is to get dressed up and go out and he knows that. So no gifts for Vday but a nice romantic Vday dinner. Not really a gifts girl coz I buy everything for myself that I want anyway. Wine and dine me and I’m the happiest woman

My husband and I got married on valentines day. Years later, with a home and three kids, we keep it simple and usually don't do anything as prices for everything this day are amplified, and honesty is not worth it in my eyes. A couple of years ago, I gave him 5 gifts to represent our 5 senses, and attached a red heart balloon to each bag. Sight - I put a piece of sexy lingerie for him to see me in. Taste - one of his favorite snacks. Touch - warm fuzzy slippers for him. Smell - an air freshener for his car. Sound - I recorded our wedding vows and sent him a voice note (I had to coordinate this one accordingly).

In our house we do Valentines for the girl Sweetest Days for the boys 😊

Got no one share it with but also it’s my birthday

Welp as of now I’m single…single and 20 weeks pregnant so I don’t see anyone pursuing me anytime soon lol 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’ll be another lonely day for me I’m sure 😩

@Ms. Joann well I meant like the saying. The saying is panties is for the girls and sweetest day guys. When we celebrate valentine is for the girls so he celebrates me. And sweetest day is when we celebrate him. It's fun that way. We both get our own days to feel special and loved.

I've already asked my husband to go on a date with me for painting with a twist. Which is byob drinking and they lead you through paining a cool picture. I'm also going to deliver him some flowers to work and have lunch with him that day.
