Hi ladies! I need help :( I've been an exclusive pumper since my baby girl was a couple of weeks. The last couple of weeks I have noticed a HUGE drop in my milk supply. I am not doing anything different. I've tried power pumping but it doesn't help much. I've been using the momcozy S9 which I also switched out a week ago to see if it helped. Any suggestions? Do I need a better pump? Any foods/drinks you recommend? Anything is helpful!!! ❤❤ I really don't want this journey to be over yet.

Exact same happened to me! I got down to only pumping an oz per pump 😭😭😭 i tried EVERYTHING to bring it back but in the end I spoke to the health visitor and she recommend I speak to the GP, I got prescribed domperidone which has massively increased my supply and almost brought it back to what it was before Christmas! Maybe give your health visitor a call and see what they say? ♥️

I eat a lot of coconut rice (coconut milk + rice) I wake up the next morning engorged!
