I keep reading that when they reach their birth weight we don't have to wake them up to feed...
My baby is well above birth weight now but he wakes every 1-2 hours at night 😩 I'd love to be able to have a 3-4 hour stretch!! It's very tiring as I'm breastfeeding so it's just me doing it all... While my partner snores away next to me 😣🙈
I've been trying to give him longer feeds and making sure I burp him too. But what else can I do to make him sleep longer?!
He feeds a lot during the day too, we average about 14-18 feeds per day!
Lots of cluster feeding!

Sounds just the same as me! I think for a 3 weeks old it’s pretty normal. Not sure there’s anything much we can do. They want comfort and milk after 9 months tucked up inside us all cosy x
ah yes I have heard you don't need to burp breastfed babies but mine seems to spit up a lot if I don't burp him 🤦🏻♀️

Baby will more than likely be cluster feeding on you to. It’s so hard! My daughter is just over 3 weeks (bottle fed) and she’s cluster feeding at the moment too! She will sleep long stretches through the day& when night time comes she’s like a different baby!! I have no advice. Because I’m in the same boat! But you got this mama!!
