Took me 7 months

My first was like 3 weeks second has been about 8 months

I don’t think I’ll ever be back to where I was but in my new body I’ve found that a year out from my twins birth has given me the muscular strength back but I feel loose on my outer layer of skin like my stomach, thighs, arms, etc.
If I started light weight lifting or intentional body weighted workout times then I’m sure the bounce back will be quicker.
But remember that proper nutrition plays a bigger role than the working out. Eating a protein, carb and veggie every meal if you can will help it function so much better. And yes carbs are very good for you.

A year

With my first six months with my second I never lost the belly

I didn’t start to feel like I looked normal until around 14-16 months pp

I was back down to my prepregnancy weight by 6 weeks pp and fit comfortably back into all of my prepregnancy clothes around 10 weeks pp.

First one took over a year, second one took like six months. I’m not completely back to prepregnancy body tho and I don’t think I ever will be. Gotta accept milfhood with open arms.

My youngest is 2.5 and I’m the heaviest/biggest I’ve ever been 😭

Normal size like 7m, but took 4-5m of weights and Pilates to tone up and actually feel myself. Felt great and fit into my jeans at a year w no belly. That’s 3rd baby. Babies 1+2 took much earlier like 3-4m. I wear a belly binder for like 2m PP and that’s helps bring the uterous back and avoids an ab separation
