My son has a very restrictive diet. He only drinks milk, water, ribena and eats toast, chicken nuggets, and chips on a good or would prefer something sugary. So he doesn't get all the vitamins he needs, his also pre verbal and really struggles to articulate some words.
I've seen a few post on tiktok from mums who have kids with restrictive diet saying the nutrigen ones are really good as they are tasteless and they get all the nurtrient they need but they are hard to dissolve in liquid. However, I am not a big fan of powders. I prefer liquid as they are better to absorb, therefore am leaning more towards mighty kids multivitamins as its sugar free and probably marketed better at parents, but it's so expensive and there's no guarantee my child will like the taste.
Also I haven't seen any post on either of the products from mums to say they have seen any difference in their child's health, eating habits, meltdown or speech development from taking either of the two vitamins.

I have two picky eaters ❤️ it's definitely hard
And you're exactly right, supplements are expensive and often picky eaters refuse them anyway. I've tried heaps on my boy and he won't have them.
How old is your little one?
My approach is
1. Identify what supplements they need. You may wish to discuss with a healthcare practitioner such as doctor, dietitian, pharmacist or naturopath. For me, it's important my kids get iron, fish oil, vit C, vit D and zinc
2. Different brands of "multivitamin" have different ingredients so you probably won't find just one that has everything
3. Find one YOU like (the ingredients of) and try it out on your kid
My oldest refused all the hard ones, except this one Vit C one. He also refuses vitagummies. Luckily his diet is limited, but, has just enough range he can survive without vitamins
My youngest had a liquid iron one when she was too young for vitagummies. Now she's old enough, I give her several different vitagummies
I also mix probiotics powder into their milk.
