I feel like I’m on a rollercoaster. I was so excited to have an appetite and no nausea. I ate some plant based foods for breakfast no problem. As soon as I ate dairy as a snack, craving cheese and crackers, instant nausea.
Does anyone else experienced this? Food aversions from the very food once craved?

Yes. I would want pickles or certain foods and once i get it, instantly im nauseous

I took a bite out of a blueberry muffin and spit it right out. I've been going through these fluctuations the whole time

I had that with pasta the other day, it sounded amazing and instantly felt sick after the first bite. So disappointing!

Absolutely experiencing major food aversions; broccoli is (was? lol) one of my favorite vegetables and the idea of it makes me want to vom. Same thing with any kind of chicken, no thank you. If I smell it I instantly get nauseated. Thankfully a lot of my staples I’m ok with (yogurt, eggs, oatmeal) but even the idea of some of them when I’m already nauseated can be overwhelming 🤣

Omg the ability to be hungry and nauseous at the same time is soooo new to me. So confusing. I’m eating a lot of typical stomach flu food, eating as much veg and fruit as I can tolerate like avocado and apple. It’s a struggle, no doubt. My nutritionist said don’t worry so much, just eat what you can right now and that was a relief

Yep. Sometimes I’ll be so excited to take a bite only to gag it back up and be done.
