Firstly I would call citizens advice! If working and in receipt of universal credit you maybe entitled to housing element , Also you could do a calculation on the site below, it may not be 100% accurate but it will give you an idea of what you can be entitled to! X

That's ok, Also as for rent just pay what you can and explain to the landlord or agent etc what's going on, As long as your honest and not delaying payments etc they should comply and understand 😉 x
