Favours dad
Is anyone else going through the heartbreak of little one favouring their dad?
My little boy has always been a mummies boy but for the last month he seems to just shout dad and want dad cuddles.
I tend to be the main parent as partner does shifts so I spend more time with him.
Is it because I do all the jobs my toddler doesn’t like, like teeth brushing or bum changing?
Does anyone know if it’s just a phase I miss my cuddles

My little is going through the same thing. Constantly shouting dad. I’m hoping it’s a phase
It's a constant phase that will continue back and fourth for years most likely. My friend has a 4 year old and said sometimes it changes from Mummy to Daddy each week, each month. But it always switches. They just seek different things as they develop 😊❤️ it's hard not to take it personally at first but now I'm starting to enjoy the breaks when it does happen haha xx
It’s just a phase! My son’s currently a mamas boy but he’s gone through phases of only wanting dad. He’ll only let dad put him to bed too but then only wants me in the night. They’re funny little things! x
