Hiya, I feel like we're in a bit of a rut with dinners at the moment. My boy is pretty good with trying different things but it feels like we do lots of rice / pasta type meals. Various veggies, lentils and beans and things mixed in the sauces but just feels like I'm not mixing it up that much.
Any suggestions?
My lo is 15 months and fortunately doesn't have any allergies.
Also does anyone have any serving suggestions for tofu?
Thanks!

Bbc good food is really good for meal ideas. There’s a filter to filter dietary requirements and if there’s a specific food item you would like to use for example “aubergine” you can search it in the search bar and all the aubergine recipes will show

Casserole is a good one. My 6mo loves it.

Following! My girl is veggie but she’s very fussy which doesn’t help. She’s 16 months.
What do you usually make your LO

my little boy loves jacket potatoes, he also loves mash potatoes too, i think he just likes potatoes tbh 🤣 x

Try the Plant Hood recipie box, you could do 3 meals for 2 people a week and there will be enough to feed your little one. It’s really very good, the best I’ve tried and I’m not even veggie!

Veggie omelettes,
Bean burgers
Pitta pizza,
Scrambled tofu sushi bowls

My son is a huge fan of tofu when it’s cooked in a butter chicken sauce. Slow cooked so it absorbs the flavour. Another easy way is crumbled and mixed with oil, herbs and spices then mixed together with rice or pasta. Crumbled is definitely easiest and lowest prep because you don’t have to press it if you get the firm one. We’re vegan so if you need any other ideas I’ve got plenty :)
