Making friends

It's my birthday next week and really wish I made friends sooner as I have a few things planned but have no one to go out with. The few friends I did call friends was people that I out grew or iv tolerated due to the length of time knowing them even though I knew they wasn't good for me. This past year iv been making it my mission to make meaningful connections 🌸 I'm 34 and the older I'm getting seem harder to make friends. I'm based west midlands but can travel to other places. I'm going to start joining more groups to make more friends especially as the weather is nicer now

Awww girl its my 35th birthday tomorrow and not doing anything special I always plan to do something and then other things get in the way. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have noticed that as adults if you have a partner the women I know spend it with their partners but I'm a lone parent so I really want to enjoy these special moment with friends
