Induction for second pregnancy
Wanted to see if any mummies out there had experience with being induced for a second pregnancy?
Last year I was induced four times (2 pessary, 2 prostin gel and a cervical sweep) before my daughter finally decided to make her moves and was in hospital for a week for this to happen… I am due again in a few months and was wondering if people found induction for the second pregnancy faster or not or any different at all compared to the first time🤷🏻♀️
I’m aware, every body is different as well as every pregnancy, but I would just like an idea if I do get induced if I’m going to be in there another week with four rounds of induction before my baby decides to make a move again or if I should expect anything different😂

Second time I only needed waters breaking and baby was born 2 hrs later
My first induction took 5 days (three pessaries, dilation balloon and hormone drip). It was horrific. Second baby was spontaneous and a natural water birth. Both were at 42 weeks x
Second time for me was faster too. I had the balloon at 6:30pm. My waters broke on their own at 6:10 the following evening, 20 minutes before it was due to be taken out but I kept very active whilst it was in. Lots of walking and bouncing on the ball. Then baby was here by 9:13pm the same evening
