Anyone feel like their hair is on its last legs? Losing absolutely loads! Just wondered if anyone else is in the same boat and if there is any shampoos/conditioners they could recommend ? 😊

Same here 😭 I brush my hair right before washing it and there is still clumps coming out after shampooing and then some. Also curious about shampoo recommendations

Was the exact same with my first born. It was in the worst condition ever from 4 months PP. I considered chopping it all off because I have quite long hair anyway but super thin and getting thinner by the day 🤣
I used Lee Stafford hair growth shampoo which helped my bald patches at the side of my head grow back. I don't remember when it slowed down. I wish I did because 4 months PP with my 2nd born and sure enough my hair is all over the house once again, in my toddlers and babies fingers 🙃 it does slow down eventually 😅

Nioxin

Same here. Getting a good haircut with all the dry ends coming off really helped the most. Before that I held soo much hair in my hand that I wanted to cry. Also rosemary oil blends for hair loss works super well for me (but need to be careful as applying too much makes hair look really greasy). I bought Vichy energy plus shampoo against hair loss. Not sure it makes a difference until now as I combine with the rosemary which also helped before switching shampoos. Diet is worth considering, too, making sure to eat protein rich, have no iron deficiency and taking vitamin d and b supplements :)
