Has anyone got any magical sleep remedies or can suggest ANYTHING to help my daughter sleep better? She wakes 2-4 times a night, every single night. Screaming the house down. I have a 2 month old baby so I dread night time! It's actually making me ill now😂😵💫😴

When is bedtime?
If it’s any consolation. My little one very very rarely sleeps through. Usually he just wants mummy cuddles, so I just get into bed with him. (I am due end of this month so this is going to be hard).
I have no suggestions other than you’re not alone.
We still give milk if he wants it, we have a solid routine, solid expectations over night and waking up in the morning. He occasionally naps (doesn’t make any difference other than a very late bedtime). Like
I said- no advise at all 😂
@Scarlett just screams she wants me 😵💫 and no she doesn't nap in the day & 7:30 bedtime xx
My son has literally only just started to sleep through, it’s so tough so I understand how you feel!! I’ve heard good things about sleep gummies for kids?
I wish I could help you, but I have the exact same issue 😭
I could put her to bed at 12 at night, she will still wake up throughout the night! On occasions, I have been so tired and not realised I have brought her into bed with me - when this happens she sleeps like a log!
My son has been having a regression of sleep and not sure what’s been waking him, wondering if he gets cold but he did have enlarged tonsils and adenoids which have now been removed so I’m wondering if it was his mouth breathing and pausing in his breathing waking him up.
Try a magnesium supplement,it has really helped my son's sleep!
What size bed is she in? What time does she go to bed? It sounds like over tiredness to me as well
