Mamas, I’m at a loss over here! I just can’t seem to find my mojo. I’m a FTM to a 4 month old baby boy and I need to sort myself out. I make sure I walk everyday with him, but the diet is difficult. Since breastfeeding, I’ve been wanting sugar so bad. I need to start eating better as I’ve slipped after having my boy. Any diet tips please?

Hey, doll. If you have access to a blender or juicer, I’d recommend making smoothies or juices in the morning to start and include fenugreek, granola, oatmeal, and chia seeds to boost your milk supply. Be sure to up your protein + water intake and continue to take your prenatal vitamins regularly. Try to find a time in the day to create a habit for walks, like every morning or every evening. If you can do some at-home yoga with baby, please do so.💗
thank you so much 🤗❤️
will do 🥰❤️

gonna follow you for fitness tips as I want to lose 40-45lbs of postpartum weight by building muscle. Any at-home workouts you’d suggest?

If you stay home most
Of the time buying a used or
Cheap walker / treadmill for
Ur house will be a game changer, help I lose weight and stay active unless you go outdoors a lot but treadmill helped me go pro during covid! Wouldn’t have id I didn’t have one at home. Also of
Course eating clean,
And basic workouts are best always, lunges, squats, booty kickbacks, anything with dumbbells think old school workouts the basics always work
But to lose weight def bump up cardio,
Clean food and lots of water!

thanks for the tip. I take baby out to walk everyday, but I could definitely purchase some dumbbells for at-home workouts. How many days per week would you recommend? I’m trying to get abs like yours lol.

Girl just start ur day with a 30 min fast walk! and 3-5 x a week good! I do m-Saturday but not gonna lie some days I’m busier at home and miss but I prioritize eating cleaner/lightwr those days!

thank you so much, boo!💗

I’m 40 now and my kids aren’t babies anymore but I’m on a weight loss journey. I also crave for sweets like crazyyyyyy! Anything with protein is good like Greek yogurt (bananas or blueberries) keto honey is a lifesaver or whatever u actually “enjoy”

I have asked ChatGPT to create a meal plan for weight loss with a workout plan (postpartum friendly) and it’s been great. Going on one week and I already feel better with eating healthy. I’m not a salad girl but my lunch salad is soooo goood.

You could even tell chat gpt what kind of works outs to give you. @home with no weights or gym or outdoor running etc.
