Leaking nappy advice šŸ™šŸ¼

My LO is going 12/13 hours without a nappy change overnight. He wakes twice for feeds but doesn’t do a poo so I don’t change him so he will go straight back to sleep. The past 3 nights though he has leaked through wee by the morning. He’s currently in size 3 pampers but thinking for nighttime should I put him in something else to stop the leaks? Any advice welcome!! Thank you

In switched to peaches nappies for nighttime as was having the same issue. Haven’t had any leaks since using them. Was using pampers before and having leaks every night. They’re quite expensive though so I do only use them for night and cheaper ones in the day x

We moved over to rascals, our little one has never leaked since we did the switch

I also use Peachies for the nights and never had any leaks! They’re 100% worth the Ā£.

You can’t fit a change in? That’s quite a while without a change

I personally would change before feeding xx

I would change during one of the feeds..

I’ll look into getting peachies thank you!!

I only change during the night if he’s done a poo as I don’t want to fully wake him up during his dream feeds so will try with better nappies. Obviously if he keeps leaking I will do a change during the night x

If I change in the night when doing a feed, I do it before the feed and keep it dark and don’t use a wipe, literally just change the nappy. It takes about 10 seconds total and then she goes straight back to sleep when she’s drinking her bottle as she isn’t overly stimulated by a full nappy change. My mum has done it this way too with about 20 different babies over the last 40 years and it works every time šŸ˜‚

Did you know this was a thing?

Didn’t know this existed! I’m actually not breastfeeding 2nd time round (though wish I did) after a bad experience with my 1st baby. But this is something I 100% needed 1st time round.

Screeching baby

I have twin boys, 5months.

One is very quiet

The other... is like a pterodactyl who screeches when bored, tired, hungry, as soon as he wake up to be held etc...
This habit has only just started!

Has anyone else experienced this and how long did it last?
So far it has been about 5 days 😭😭😭😭

Joie Signature Parcel LX lightweight stroller

Has anyone got this stroller? Up until now we have used our mamas and papas ocarro and we love it. However we are going on holiday in June and looking at a lightweight stroller to take with us. I'm not bothered if it fits in overheard locker, I would rather have decent wheels on the stroller and this one does have slightly bigger wheels than most travel strollers we have seen. Has anyone used this stroller abroad or got any other recommendations? TIA x

Fighting naps

Does anybody else feel like they spend all day trying to get baby to nap? I get tempted to give up as he must not be that tired but he is too cranky to play or do anything else!
