Pgp and hip pain

Please tell me this is some sort of indication that the baby is coming earlier… I have massive PGP and in absolute agony at night from hip pains. I had pgp since week 13 but actually got it completely under control by walking a lot every day and it was almost gone but from yesterday (36 weeks) I have been in sooooo much pain I can barely get off the couch, so sitting and standing is hard but I can’t even lay down anymore because of my hip pains. This is getting so ridiculous I just want this baby out already!! 😫😫

Baby has probably got into head down position as well at this point which will be adding pressure. My baby is head down and now my hips and upper legs are achey and there’s just so much pressure down below even at my bum. Hopefully not too long left for us, but I’ve had to just give in to resting a lot and not being able to go for too long a walk ☹️

I managed to get the pains under control by doing these stretches each day,did not think they would work as well as they did ,but honestly can not recommend them enough, also an Epson salt bath before bed !

Had massive pgp recently but I've managed to resume my pelvic floor stretches and I think I'm getting better

I’m similar. I’ve got PGP and my hips have been so sore lately. I’ve put it down to extra relaxin hormones in my body to get ready for labour. But doesn’t mean it’s necessarily close.

I’m struggling with sleep so much because of the pain. Looking forward to pregnancy being over for sure.

Hospital bag (UK)

What did everyone pack for their section? I'm staying in for 3 days due to mental health, not really sure what I'll need to bring, feeling very nervous. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Pregnancy after c section

What time scale did everyone get pregnant again after a c section?
I know the doc said they recommend eating at least a year to 18 months but it took 4 years to get pregnant the first time after being told we could not conceive naturally so not wanting to stop it happening knowing it could take a very long time again but also worried.

Labour

Think im a bit confused really, i went into traige as was having contractions eveey 3-5mins. Since being here im now having them every 2-3mins which was confirmed with the machine and i think the toco was 90-100 and they feel painful and my lower back is in loads of pain but apparently im only just over 2cm dilated maybe, she has said i can stay here for a bit longer to see if things progress as had a previous quick birth as well but i dont understand why the pains are coming this quick if im only 2cm dilated and feel a bit deflated from it also.

I had a sweep this morning also.

Newborn stage

Is anyone tired of doing the same thing everyday and being on a 2-3 hour schedule? It’s the same everyday and I feel like I’m losing my mind. It’s making me depressed even if I get out once a day. When does it get better? I feel like I’m just waiting for the next stage where it’s not just sitting around all day.
