So I haven't breastfed in 6 months but recently have started to leak from one of my nipples. It's watery slightly white but for the most part clear. I don't want to make a big deal so thought I'd check on here if anyone knows why and if it's normal. Any advice would be appreciated :)

Hey! I’m not a doctor, but I’ve heard this can happen for a few different reasons, even months after stopping breastfeeding. Sometimes it’s leftover milk production, hormonal changes (like elevated prolactin), or even something as simple as nipple stimulation from clothing.
Another possibility is early pregnancy , nipple leakage can sometimes be one of the first signs, especially if it’s paired with other symptoms like breast tenderness or fatigue.
If the fluid is clear or slightly milky and there’s no pain, redness, or lump, it’s usually nothing serious. But if it keeps happening, changes color, has blood, or just feels off, I’d definitely check in with your doctor to be safe.
You’re not alone though it’s more common than people talk about
