Recently I've been trying to ween myself off of pumping (I exclusively pump)
I pump about every 4 - 5 hours or so sometimes waiting longer
But Recently my right breast has been in a lot of pain and it's so tender I can hardly touch it or move it's been looking really swollen and at first I thought it was a clogged duct but I had my husband try to help me but to no avail and I've tried a cold compress it soothes the pain for a little while but isn't really like a good fix
Any suggestions on what I should do

You may just have to try to push through the pain as bad as it may be. Have you tried using heat while pumping to help with the pain? I always found heat was better than cold

Agree with Samantha, for me heat was also always better than cold. I would do a warm shower and place a warm towel on the breast before pumping and normally the pain would go away.

for the first few days, stick to how often you’re pumping but reduce how long you pump for, don’t fully empty yourself, it’ll teach them to slow down the supply. after that i pumped morning afternoon and night for a few days, then morning and night for a few days, then just night for a few days, and now i only pump when im engorged. it takes a few days for that to happen now so im only pumping once or twice a week at the minute

Take a hot bath and lay on the side that’s painful to fully submerge your breast! If this is a clogged duct, this may give you some relief. This is the only thing that helps me. I can instantly see the milk flowing out! After I relax in there for a while, I pump, and it really reduces the amount of pain.
