Just looking to see what people are doing work wise? I work full time and my LO is in nursery 4 days a week. However I do find it a struggle trying to balance it all especially if my LO wakes during the night, it is exhausting then getting up for work. I used to work hybrid but I don’t get that with my new job and in the office 5 days a week.

I'm only working part time, 18hrs a week, little one goes nursery 3 1/2 days a week, so i work on those days, I'm sure he knows when I have work tho as he tends to give me a hard time when I have work the following morning 🫠

I’ve just dropped to 34hours and condensed to 4 days so do 8-5. I work for the NHS in finance so they’re pretty good with flexible working.
My girl wakes in the night once still so I sympathise with you on being tired!
Hope you’re surviving ok x

I have been working full time with my boy in nursery five days a week. I solo parent about 80% of the time and I’ve been in pure struggsville since going back and have approached about reducing my hours either to 34 or 30. This is so I can try take care of everything else we have in life in those few hours as weekends are a write-off with my whirlwind 🙃

I work part time, 3 days a week. It worked out that way only because the childminder only had set days and I was on supply so could choose what days I worked.

I work full time, 5 days, and my little girl is in nursery 4 days, with my MIL 1 day. The only way I get anything done is because I WFH 3 days a week, so I get all the cleaning and laundry done.

I work 32 hours over 4 days. It’s a very flexible job with no start/finish time and I could work 10 hours one day and 6 hours the next day. 2X days in the office and 2X days at home. I wouldn’t be able to work 32 hours without the flexibility so hats off to you and others in more structured roles x
