I know it’s still 4 months away but it’s never too early to start planning. My LO will be 9 months (7 months corrected) and I have no idea what to get him present wise. I don’t want to go mad because let’s face it he won’t understand or remember, but I do want to buy one main present and a few smaller ones. Anyone got any ideas? I don’t know if he’ll be sitting up, and I hope he will be. He’s a prem baby so will be behind with milestones.

I’m planning to get a ball pit, that’ll be the big main one! A friend recommended buying presents they’ll grow into rather than things they’ll immediately use around christmas, otherwise they grow out of them quicker!

Little things could be bath toys or books, sounds boring but my boy has always loved his books.
Not sure what you class as a big present - they're both really that interested in stuff at that age so things like push walkers or things they'll grow into. Soft play things were also a hit as he loved climbing. They're all into different things at that age so hard to say what your little one will enjoy at 9 months.
Ball pit is a good idea as well.
Thank you both, these are great ideas 😊

A baby walker? The one you sit them in and they scoot around in. If he is 7 months corrected it would probably be a good age to put him in one x
oooo this could be his main present 😊 I’ve just bought him a jumperoo as he loves to stand on my legs but he’s still too small for it, I’m hoping by Christmas he can use that too 😊

I'm going along the lines of something he can grow into as well. I thought about something for the garden also like a swing so its not something else to take up room😅
