My baby is 11 weeks old. I wear a baby carrier and have him do contact basis all day. This has always worked and he has always gone down in his cot at night for 2 hour stretches. The last 3 nights he has struggled to go down in his cot and when he has it has been for 20 mins, maybe a 1 hour stretch.
Has my daytime routine ruined his nighttime sleep routine of being in the cot?

No. The way they sleep in the day has nothing to do with the night. Your baby is just 11 weeks old, his sleep will keep changing another hundred times, maybe it’s a grow spurt, a developmental leap, their sleep it’s never the same unless you have a unicorn baby.

Agree - baby sleep changes all the time and isn’t linear. Mine went through a stage of not sleeping in the crib at all so I ended up bed sharing. He’s now 5 months and is now in the crib for the first part of the night and bed sharing for the rest. Maybe at some point we’ll get back to full overnight crib but in the meantime bed sharing part of the night allows us to get more sleep so I’m just rolling with it
