My kids (almost 4 and almost 2) are good almost all the time, but can make me and my husband easily upset. How can we not get so upset with them?

Do you get breaks away from the kids?
Sadly not much. I work from home and we have not really had a financial means to do daycare and my parents help watch my kids

It sounds like you both need a break. Maybe take a weekend day each and do something that you like to do without the kids. If it's financially feasible, maybe you can do an overnight staycation at a local hotel or something like that. That has helped me with burnout before. The bottomline is that it seems like, you may need some time away from mommy/daddy duties to reset yourself and allow your threshold for being triggered/upset to increase. Burnout will cause you to respond in negative ways so you have to address the root problem....breaks are needed.
