I’m feeling really guilty , I have a one month old, FTM , and I’m feeling extremely touched out and over stimulated. Is there anything I can do? I’ve tried a shower, I’ve tried meditation, I tried just taking a breather, I really don’t want to loose precious time while he’s so small 🥺

It’s ok to take time to yourself. Having someone cling to you 24/7 for the first can be a lot. It’s ok to hand baby over to a partner for a break.
I found it easier to do that and regroup. Question myself why I am feeling that way. Once I talked with my therapist about feeling overtouched and understanding the root cause, I have been much better. Having a clingy baby is no joke
