I do. I have to get exercise and get out of the house, otherwise my mindset just festers. I also practice deep breathing and really TRY to get enough sleep because not getting enough sleep can trigger mania.

Here. Bipolar 1. Used to walk to just get my mind off things, it’s been hard lately. So I’ve found that connections help me or just distract myself with new things. Reading, tv, etc

Bipolar 1 I do very very well on a strict routine. I have parts of my day that vary slightly with like appointments but in general my days are all the same. Medication, workouts, good eating, good sleep practices (even if they don’t work), and I’ve recently discovered journaling is good for me. Trial and error to find the right combo of things to help

To be honest I have to take mood stabilizer just to help my mood.

Following because I do not have a good handle on mine since being pregnant.

I’m on 300mg of serequel a good routine helps me also
