My LB is 18 months old and is obsessed with his dummy, has one with him at all times and never is seen without one, which is fine. But It’s now coming to a point that it’s causing an issue as he can fit the entire thing in his mouth (dummies are 18-36months TT) and I’m not to sure what to do. I’m worried he’s going to choke if he wonders off into another room and does it. Is there away to stop him doing this or is better just to attempt to ditch it?
Has anyone else’s little ones done this?
I’ve attached the dummies I’m on about below.
Thank you x

I would say try and weaning him off the dummy if he can fit it in his mouth or take it away all together,
By weaning I mean taking it away for an hour at a time and try and distract him with playing so he doesnt get too upset or only giving it him to sleep with we managed to weaning my little boy down to sleep times and then took it away all together after 2 days he never asked asked for it at bedtime
