May be pregnant with baby #2

So I am 10 or 11 months postpartum. My baby will be 11 months next week. My one fear is that I won't be able to pump enough milk for him to last and full up until a little past his first birthday if I am pregnant due to the influx of hormones that will be making a priority for the growing baby over the baby that's already out.

So what I'm seeking is for anybody who is a mother of two or three and was successful in you know pushing through to breastfeed for the entire year and got pregnant during that time.

How did you work through that?

And did your milk supply dry up the further along your pregnancy went?

Hello, I’m currently 17 weeks with my second and my first is almost 14 months. My milk did dry up but only really in the last month, so I managed 3 months of normal bfeeding until making the decision last weekend to fully wean. I think part of it was going back to work because it meant that I wasn’t feeding him in the day (I was expressing at work but wasn’t getting the same yield) so think that didn’t help

Hi, I had this experience as well except my baby was only 4.5 months when I got pregnant. My milk lasted another 5 months but I honestly think it was more due to stress. We had a mold situation and had to move 3 times, it was awful. Every body is different but I think you have a good chance of being okay for another couple of months if you're staying up on nutrition!

Hey! I got pregnant with my 2nd at 9 months post partum and continued exclusively breastfeeding my son for 2-3 months without issues. I mean at that point they usually don’t have that much milk anyway due to solids?

Update...i secretly took a test...im pregnant with baby #2 🥰 my 1st turns 1 next month

Hi ya'll

Is anyone else's 4 month old randomly screeching now? I'm not sure what to do and she's been doing this for the past two days. She's usually a quiet happy baby so im not sure why she's doing this now. Aby suggestions?

Breastfeeding

Does it ever feel better? The actual feeding part of it is going really well and baby boy is growing so well. I’m struggling with how my boobs feel day to day - it’s really getting me down most days. The let downs make me feel awful and sounds silly but, I am also really missing not wearing a bra! 9 weeks postpartum and still getting fairly engorged, even with comfort pumping.

Any advice or just shared stories would help. I’m so torn between carrying on because I enjoy the feeding side of it or switching to formula.

Help! First time mum -

I have a 4 month old and now all of a sudden when he’s been asleep for 1hr30/2hrs he will wake up screaming (high pitched) I’ve tried winding him sometimes that helps, I’ve tried bicycle legs & bringing his knees up but that doesn’t seem to help but he brings his knees up himself sometimes but nothing happens. I’ve noticed since the 4 month mark he has started to struggle passing wind downwards! Any tips?

Big nursing bras!

I’m looking for recommendations for good nursing bras for bigger breasted ladies!

I’m currently in a 38H which seems to be the biggest size done at M&S (UK based mama here) and it’s snug and not as supportive as I’d like. When I look online, they mainly seem to be sized S, M, L, XL etc rather than bra sizes.

Any recommendations please?

Strange question

Hello. I would identify myself as asexual but yes i am married and i have a child. But now that ive had my baby. I think its solidified that im done having sex. I feel bad as my partner keeps asking me but i just dont want to. Any advice on what i can do? Any other asexual moms out there? I guess this could be confusing but im not huge on being bound by a label. I have just always felt it represented me best since highschool.
