I used to use asdas little angel wipes with my first 2 and started with with my current child then switched to mama bear on Amazon

Sensitive baby wipes by Amazon! They're a good price too when you buy in bulk

Water wipes Huggies!! X

Tesco ones - normal and sensitive have been our go to as it's where we do our main shop. We've also used Asda and Aldi without issue. We've never had a nappy rash issue.

Huggies water wipes

Kirkland bulk wipes from Costco

Thank you all for the suggestions! 🥰

Lidl sensitive wipes which we find nice and wet and strong compared with Aldi and Asda.
Pampers harmonies were nice.
Love water wipes but too expensive :(

Might not be something you’ve considered, but reusable wipes are amazing! You can often use just one per nappy change, and they’re easy to maintain. Cheeky Wipes are a good brand - but there are many others 💚

Water wipes, pricey but very good. No irritation on skin . They are 99.99% purified water and 0.01% fruit extract .

We’ve had no issues with the Huggies pure or Aldi extra sensitive. Both water based wipes. What I would say is maybe don’t stock up on too many just incase baby is sensitive. Sometimes babies can have a reaction to certain wipes or nappies so we got one box of each from Costco before he arrived and then bought more afterwards

I personally wouldn't stock up on stuff like this and what works for one doesn't always work for another. Could be trial and error as to what works best for you. We personally use the lidl sensitive x

Avatar

I used Tesco extra sensitive and the normal ones too

Amazon mama bear are unbeatable for the price in my opinion! On par with water wipes x

I was told to get a mix in case some dont agree with baby x

Ones I personally don't recommend are ASDA as they have 15 different ingredients and can be acidic. I do prefer Tesco and Lidl ones

Mama bear from Amazon
Or Huggies
I do also like water wipes( but they’re expensive) and pampers
I’ve probably used all the brands on the market in the 4.5 years of being a mum lol 😂

Water Wipes, and Water Wipes only. I tried maybe 3 brands I felt comfortable with, to start, though. We tried Dyper and Coterie as well. WW all the way. Limited, hypoallergenic ingredients without plastics and alcohols and fragrances were important to me.

We also got a pack of wash cloths for diaper changes and between the Water Wipes and those, that’s all we use. They have a special little hamper and get washed together every 3 days with the diapers, which we do mostly cloth and otherwise a local grocery store brand for the disposable diapers because even the pricier sensitive & biodegradable options didn’t agree with him and he got redness from them- when it comes to diapers I would stick up not on actual diapers but gift cards and don’t stock up too much even on brands you’re comfortable with as you’ll never know if they have a sensitivity or if they’ll have a body type that works better with a certain brand’s sizing/style to better avoid blowouts.

Vanilla extract

Has anyone used alcohol free vanilla in their babies formal to help them drink?
I’m 100% sure my baby refuses her bottles as she doesn’t like the taste of it!

Just anxious to try it, don’t want her to get used to it and then refuse bottles again after two weeks of using (correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve read you use it for 2 weeks max)

TIA 🙂

Car seat crying

My 6 month old PANICS the second I put him in a car seat and screams, cries, chokes and recently even projectile vomited on a 14 minute drive. It’s gotten to the point I don’t even bring him out unless it’s to a doctors appointment. I’m a stay at home mom with no family in my state and it has been very isolating. We’ve tried 3 different car seats with no improvement. Has anyone had a baby who hated the car seat? Any advice? This started at 3 months. I will add it does seem worse when he’s tired. He does cry on every trip though. He only contact naps and co sleeps so he reaches for me and will not sleep in the car seat.

Sex post C section

Hi ladies I’m 4 weeks 5 days postpartum and I had a C section. I’m not bleeding properly anymore just some brownish discharge stuff that starts on and off. I’d like to do the deed with my partner; is it okay to do so or shall I wait the full 6 weeks. I feel up for it but also worried because the advice is 6-8 weeks.

When did you circumcise your baby?
If you DID NOT or DO NOT have a circumcised son DO NOT comment this post is not for you!

Did you wait a certain amount of time or have it done immediately?
Again respectfully, this is only for the parents who choose to do so.
opinions about how not necessary it is will not be appropriate for this post. Thank you in advance. 🩵

Postpartum

I’m only 3 days postpartum (FTM) and already have extremely bad anxiety. I’m crying every night, as I think of another night of no sleep. My baby will not settle in his cot, he cries every moment we put him down unless in his chair rocker. So me and my partner are having to alternate after 3/4 hours of being awake with him downstairs. I’m trying everything to get him to settle. It’s a load of overwhelming stress. I’m 23, I was desperate for a baby and now I have one and feel completely useless. I miss it just being me and my partner.
